How is delivery and pick up arranged?

After you have made a booking we will contact you by email to agree on a specific date and time for the delivery and pickup. Remember, we make the delivery at least one day before your booked date and do the pick it up one day after the rental date.

Is there a discount if I book for multiple days?

Accepted Answer

Yes, if you make a booking for multiple days then the first day will be full price but every additional day will be 30% of the original price. So if the original price is €50,00 per day then first day costs €50,00 and every additional day will be €15,00.

Do you have instruction manuals for using the rental equipment?

Accepted Answer

Yes, with every delivery we include a QR code card which you can scan and see the manual for that specific equipment. You can also find the manual for each product on its product page.

Is it possible to cancel a booking?

Accepted Answer

Yes, it is possible to cancel a booking with a full refund 48 hours before the agreed upon delivery date. If you cancel less than 48 hours before the agreed upon delivery date then you will have to pay 50% of the booking cost.

Yes, it is possible to change the booking date 48 hours before the agreed upon delivery date.

Can I use my own cleaning agent instead of the Karcher cleaning tablets?

Accepted Answer

No, it is strictly forbidden to use any other cleaning agent except the one we provide. Using other cleaning agents will damage the machine.

How many cleaning agent tablets do I need?

Accepted Answer

One tablet, when dissolved in water, provides enough solution for cleaning an average-sized carpeted room or multiple furniture items. Keep in mind that if the carpet/furniture is particularly dirty you might need to clean it a few times.

Can I use an indoor tap, like the kitchen tap, to supply water to the pressure washer?

The steam cleaner is great for deep cleaning hard floors, kitchen and bathroom surfaces, and tiles. Make sure not to use it on wood or plastic surfaces as the heat and water may damage them.
