How to use the Karcher Puzzi cleaner
How it works
1. Pick your cleaner
Pick the cleaner for the job at hand. Get additional cleaning agent for bigger cleaning areas.
2. Choose a date
Choose the dates which you would like to have the cleaner. We deliver it at least one day before and pick it up one day after the rental period.
3. Receive and clean
You will receive an email about the exact delivery date of your cleaner. Once you receive the cleaner make sure to check that everything that you ordered has been delivered.
4. Return
Once you are done with cleaning follow the instructions for preparing the cleaner for return. We will come pick it up the next day after your rental period ends.
5. Payment
After we have picked up the cleaner from you we will send an invoice that you have to pay within 14 days.

Yes, if you make a booking for multiple days then the first day will be full price and every additional day will be 30% of the original price. So if the original price is €50,00 per day then first day costs €50,00 and every additonal day will be €15,00.
Do you have an instruction manual for using the Karcher Puzzi cleaner?
Yes, with every delivery we include a QR code card which you can scan and see the manual for that specific Karcher Puzzi. See instruction manual.
Is it possible to cancel a booking?
Yes, it is possible to cancel a booking with a full refund 48 hours before the agreed upon delivery date. If you cancel less than 48 hours before the agreed upon delivery date then you will have to pay 50% of the booking cost.
Is it possible to change the booking date?
Yes, it is possible to change the booking date 48 hours before the agreed upon delivery date.
How is delivery and pick up arranged?
After you have made a booking we will contact you by email to agree on a specific date and time for the delivery and pickup. Remember, we deliver the cleaner at least one day before your booked date and pick it up one day after.
